	June 6, 2012 Siltech Corporation is pleased to announce the hiring of Joel Valencony as of June 12, 2012 as a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe including Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal and Monaco. In this role, Joel will be responsible for prospecting, selling and developing the market in various industrial applications, including Inks & Coatings, Pulp and Paper, Automotive, Construction etc. Joel comes to Siltech from Dow Corning, where over 15 years his positions included Global Key Account Manager in the automotive, aviation and industrial industries, Business Developer in healthcare industry and Sales Engineer in plastics and rubber industry. Prior to Dow Corning, Joel was a Sale Engineer for Addix (Paris, France), part of Axon cable group, specializing in PTFE wire and cable, doing technical marketing, field engineering and technical sales. Joel has a Masters in Business, Export business, International B-to-B Technical Sales from the Ecole de Specialisation a la Vente, France and also a B.Sc. in Chemical and Polymers from the University of Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France.
